Default Ram clutch pedal pressure?

I have a 6130/402 sitting on the floor waiting to be installed...my car has a few bolt-ons nothing major. My problem is this. With my car being a daily driver, and my stocker only having minor slipping issues, should I install the new Ram, or should I wait until the stocker gives out completely? How hard is it to push down the pedal for this setup, and does it get annoying during daily driving, especially in rush hour? Thanks guys!

I would install the new clutch if it's slipping. My Ram setup is pretty stiff compared to stock and I avoid stop and go traffic whenever possible

I have the RAM 6130 VDS system with an adjustable master that Mikey at Rapid Motorsports installed for me, and my pedal pressure is just about stock maybe a pinch more but not noticable. I have heard the Mcleoud master is much stiffer pedal pressure.

Ive had the 402/6130 in my car for about 3000 miles now. I have a new stock master cylinder and the pedal pressure was a bit stiffer than stock. I only noticed the difference for a few days after the install and now I dont even know the difference. But I will have to say that I dont like the daily driving of this clutch. It chattered very badly for the first 800 or so miles and still chatters to this day unless you really slip it. Being that my car never sees slicks or DR's, I may just put the LS6 clutch in after this ones wears out. This is just my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt.

The VDS and 402 Pressure plate are different. The vds you have to use shims the 402 is drop in I believe. FYI if you dont setup the VDS right you cook it really quickly.

I have the RAM 402/6130 in my car, and have about 25K miles on it! As soon as it wears out, it IS coming out! Although the clutch has been great, it is just way too agressive for daily drving in my opinion. I've got 3 idea on what I'm gonna replace it with: 1) just throw a ZO6 clutch kit in it, and be done with it. 2) maybe give the Mcleod Kevlar/Organic a try, I hear it drives like stock, but holds like crazy. and finally, 3) keep the RAM pressure plate, because I really don't mind the stiff pedal as much as I do the chattering, and try their 910 or 920 disc. That disc alone is around the same price as the ZO6 clutch kit, but I'd obviously still have a strong clutch set-up vs. the stock ZO6 piece.

I'm really leaning towards doing #3, because it's all about how I can get out of this the chepaest, yet still retain some holding strength, without sacrificing everyday driving comfort.
