Ive about had it...Please help!!!
Ive about had it...Please help!!! So amongst every damn thing that has been going wrong with my car including brakes,and motor being screwed, tonight I got in my car and the thing wont go in gear!! ANY GEAR!! I tried pumping the clutch, rolling the car backward, etc and nothing!! Finally forced it into reverse and drove around the block. Once moving I could shift all the gears but it was difficult. CAN ANYONE PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INPUT ON THIS??!! Thanks in advance!!

How does a pilot bearing cause this? Usually a pilot bearing make noise with the clutch depressed. I have never seen a pilot bearing cause a hard shifting issue before.
im having the pilot bearing issue right now.
if it gets bad, with the clutch in, itll make the input shaft spin at or a little below the eninge's RPM and the synchros wont mesh up great which will cause the hard shifting.
