Default Textralia OZ700 install problem

I bought an OZ700 billet clutch from ECS. MTI here in Houston is installing it and they are having issues with the splines being very tight. When they put in the throw out bearing alinment tool they say it is very tight which is making it very difficult to get the drive shaft to align. Any ideas?

I would call Pete at Textralia. That is the only advice I can offer. Good luck.

Thanks, I emailed them and Jarrod who is in Houston emailed me and is personally going over to MTI to check on it this Monday. That is the best customer support I have experienced in my 50 young years

Hey Tom,

Had the OZ700 installed (w/hardened output shaft) a couple weeks ago with no problems at all. With almost 400 mi. of breakin, the clutch feels great...no chatter at all. Mike@ Icon installed mine and had no problems with the install.

Good luck with the install, they will get it right.

It's a great clutch man, and their customer support seems to be 2nd to none.
