Default star clutch help: which way do pads face

I'm in the process of installing a star stage 4 clutch and I'm not certain which direction the pads face. Doesn't look like much differance either way but the bearing in the center has a little longer tail on one side. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You'll know which way the disk sits when you put the flywheel up, and press the disk against it. The center peice bulges on one side, and won't let the disk sit flush on that side. Which means.....You turn it to the side that lets the disk sit/mate completely flush on the flywheel. Then stick your aligment tool in there and bolt up your PP...
