To help us help him we need more info, bandwagoning and blurting out itz da sniznight or dat sux G, doesn't really help anyone, esp the OP who is looking for a clutch.
Junk like the bandwagoning, will also ruin it anyone who searches about an ls7 clutch.
We want to give him a good reply and help steer him and anyone else who looks in this thread in the right way.

I Have The Ls7 Clutch In Mine And Aside From My Hyrdaulic Issues I Will Be Fixing It Seems Fine. It Was Made For A 505hp Corvette So Assuming You Drive It Onthe Street And Strip Occasionally It Should Be A Good Clutch.

im only putting 345 to the ground on a stock clutch in my 2000 ss. i am looking for a clutch that is drive-able on the street and the strip. many people on this website guided me to the ls7 clutch but then i was reading that they engage really low. is this true? if its not then ill must likely buy one, but if it is ill move on and buy something else.

my ls7 clutch is holding up fine with my power(#'s in sig). i havnt sprayed the car since the cam, so i dont know how it will do with another 100whp yet. but if you said your making 345whp it should be a great clutch for you. drivability is about the same as stock. and as mentioned before, the engagement will be very low at first, but after about 500 miles in stop/go traffic the engagement point will come back to about where is was with the original clutch.

You cant go wrong with it. It works great and grabs just as good. Before I decided to get it, I did alot of reading on here about lots of opinions and how every other one I was looking at had done and there just seemed to be a pattern of unreliability with other clutches compared to the ls7. Just my .02, take it fwiw. I look at it like, if its works on the vette and is good enough to win over the general, its also good enough for me. My car is my daily driver and it works great. Like the others have said, it did engage real low at first, but only for a short period of time, almost like it did it til it was broken in. Take your time and do your hw, good luck with your decision.
