My experience has been that my car progressively got slower. When making third gear pulls against very mildly modded cars I was not able to easily win. Changed the LS7 clutch, that had about 8 months of use and no track time, raced again, and I easily overtook the same cars. No change in parts or tune.

My LS7 Clutch / LS2 Flywheel combo has worked out fairly well for the past couple thousand miles... granted I don't drag race though..
