I bought a slightly used ST w/ Al. Flywheel for $350 but................. I'm actually scared to run it. I have a stock rear w/3.73s! Is this thing cool for a daily driver?
My driving style at the track is to slowly let the clutch out and then give gas. So I'm not a hardcore drag racer. I also run on 16"Nittos or BFGs.
So should I or shouldn't I?

Flywheel for $350 but................. ive heard good things about the street twin, but ive heard install was something for the mechanically inclined. its a good clutch. but if your scared of it, im in the market for one. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Re: I bought a slightly used ST w/ Al. Flywheel for $350 but................. aluminum flywheel will kill you at the track on launches unless you have a bunch of torque down low...like spraying out of the hole. Daily driving is great tho as it really lets the motor rev. gOOD CLUTCH!

And the twin disk Mcleod is not exactly a clutch that slips easily. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
