The pressure plate and disc without the flywheel is/are $253! We currently do not have any lightweight LS2 flywheels available.

7. What’s the deal with 01-02 hydraulics? My 98-00 stuff seems to work fine.
If you are going to go through the trouble of dropping the transmission, you might as well change the master and slave cylinder while you are there. While your master & slave may be working okay now, it is a good idea to replace it with the 01-02 hydraulics anyway…because otherwise if your slave fails later on, you will need to take the transmission down again to get to it. The 01-02 has an improved design. Be advised that the line still requires the drill mod!

Good info, I'm convinced. Where can I pick up the master and slave cylinders at the best price?

The new slave cylinder comes with a throw out bearing ($110). And a new F-body master cylinder is about $114 We keep both in stock!
And I guess we'll give an Aggie the good prices too...this time

Matt at Scoggin-
We are swapping an 02 LS1/T56 into a 67 Camaro. Been trying to decide what we want for the clutch, car will never see the track. We have the master and slave from the donor, both appear fine, no leaks. It looks like everyone reccomends changing the slave while it is out of the car, and $110 doesn't appear bad. Is it common for the master to fail? We had not planned on changing that. What is you shipped price for LS2 Flywheel, LS7 CLutch kit, Pilot and Slave cylinder??? We have been trying to make heads 'n tails out of all the opinions on the clutch. Seems there is no one setup that pleases a lot of people, and a lot of harsh bashing either way. We don't want to spend another $1K on a clutch.
I will have to look up the drill mod. Have been seeing a lot of reference to it....
