My search button hasnt worked for the past few days so i figured i would go ahead and post this. I am getting a tranny rebuild from t56 rebuilds pretty soon and i am also going to upgrade the clutch. Where is the cheapest place to get the ls7/ls2 package?

 

T56 also sells the LS7/LS2 clutch and flywheel as well and they have a good price. Otherwise Scoggins Dickey has a good price on it as well.

Deffienlty going to look into this. How much power will it hold? I know has to hold at least 505hp? Does it get soft though after a couple of hard runs?

 

That 505hp is at the flywheel.

Its about 450rwhp.

yep, it will bolt right up! You just need a LS7 clutch and matching LS2 flywheel. And you will probably want to change your slave cylinder while you got the trans down. ('01-'02 model slave cylinder)

hmmmmmm i think ill probably be ordering this. I was looking at the CF since its 355, but too many horror stories about it. and hell 439 for a new flywheel and clutch that is proven by the factory..cant beat that

anyone considering this clutch/flywheel package SHOULD DO IT!!! the clutch drives like stock and it holds great (for mildly modded cars).
