Best clutch fluid?
I was just wondering what everyone was using as far as clutch fluid was concnered, because I can see that it is time to change mine (and also, how often should I change it?)
It hasn't been changed 25,000 miles :-(, and I think that could be the answer to my intermittent hesitation in 1st gear.

there is no need for making for of someone for asking a question. and since clutch fluid is brake fluid i can understand the idea of doing a flush on it. becaues the system is not air tight so it could become contaminated after a while. just my thoughts.

well the main question is is there something better than the stock fluid, if not ok. I am putting in a new master and slave, and if one fluid is better than another why would I put in somehting that is not as good.
Never heard of hesitation in 1st either because of fluid.

Why does nobody believe me?
Im the only one that made a suggestion in this thread.
black01_WS6, at least use DOT 4 fluid. If you want better go for the Valvoline synpower. The boiling point is higher so there is less of a chance of the fluid burning.
