Default Im Lost. Ls7 CLutch Kit vs. My Combo Now

I wanna hear from people with the ls7 clutch kit. I have an slp lightwheight flywheel with a spec clutch. My question is will there be alot of performance lost? I have reved ls1s with stock flywheels and then mine. Mine revs alot faster. Is it worth the change to the ls7?

The LS7 uses the LS2 flywheel which is heavier than a LS1 flywheel. So switching to a LS7 clutch you will rev even slower than a stock LS1 flywheel. I think the difference is like 7 lbs. I have a LS7 clutch btw feels just like the stock one just revs a little slower with the heavier flywheel. Also I believe Fidanza sells an alumnium LS2 flywheel if the weight concerns you.

I've got heads/cam and mine is doing fine. I haven't sprayed it with the 150 yet or taken it to the track since I'm deployed right now. But I beat the **** out of it and it took it like a champ

How long did you break it in? What does your car run at the track with the H/C?
