Default T-56 trans cooler interest?

How many of you would be interested in a T-56 trans cooler? Would be for more of the RR and AUTOX guys but there would be some street applications, such as canyon runners.

Anyone interested? There would be no drilling an tapping of the trans, it would utilize the stock fill/drain plugs, have a small electric oil pump and a small cooler w/fan.

Just trying to gauge interest before I go into production with something like this.

If you are interested, how much would you be willing to pay?

Isn't it a little screwy to ask how much people would be willing to pay? Set your price at what your product is worth with materials and labor considered. Everyone needs to make a profit. If you make a good product, and set a reasonable price... noone will argue the cost. I for one would be interested. Determine your demand and leave it at that.

Not interested, it is a good idea but I just don't see a need, the t-56's arent known for overheating.

yea bro the t-56 is a pretty solid build tranny! manual trannys dont hav overheating problems. its lik a differensial! there is only gears inside and not too much friction, the oil in there does its job perfectly. but dont get me wrong i dont want to stop u from continuing your production, but just given u an opinion

If memory serves me correct, I stumbled on a cooler kit for the T-56 from the General with a P/N. I think it was part of the C5-R program and the cost was like $995 or something outragous like that.

u would be suprised how hot a diff or m6 can get road racing. however, they are tough as all hell and can take it unless u are running regularly. IDK if u are on FRRAX, but there might be interest on there
