I couldn't find my answer in the search, so like the title says.
And if so, what modifications needs to be done to used it.

i was also wondering if an 03 or 04 mustang cobra slave would fit the f body t56 tranny becauz the cobras have the same t56 but those have a very very stiff clutch so im assuming that slave on there should be pretty reliable.

Are you sure the Cobras have a hydraulic clutch setup compared to all other mustangs that have a cable clutch?

The 03-04 Cobras are on a cable. The 05+ Mustangs whether it be a GT or a GT500 have a hydraulic setup.
