Default Rattling going on

Looking for some help. I have a 2000 WS6 Ram Air Trans Am with a M6 Transmission. I m running stock clutch and pressure plate. And I am running a pro 5.0 shifter. I did the drill mod already. But whats going on is went to the track after running it hard and powershifting I get to the ticket station to get my time slip. The car wouldnt go in any gear had to shift it real hard to get it in gear. But that was one month ago. But last Saturday just driving normaly and it didnt want to go in gear again. As soon as I got it in gear it went back smooth. But now when I let off the clutch slowly I hear a ratting now. Does any one have any ideas. Thanks
