This is unbelieveable .. My car has been down for almost 3 months . First the Mcleod Disc Explodes now their piece of **** master isn't working for 300 Dollars this thing should COME PRE-BLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[guns]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_guns.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[fight]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_punch.gif" /> <img border="0" alt="[judgement]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_judge.gif" />

Re: Mcleod Master sux!
I just installed one over the weekend I couldnt get the dam thing bleed either. I was bleeding it the normal way pump the clutch several times and on the your last pump hold the pedal down while the slave bleeder was open for a second then close it and pull the pedal up. I did this for close to 5 hours on an off. Finally I just disconnect the braided line from the slave had a freind hold the pedal down while i pushed in on the braided line end to let fluid out. I did this about 10 times reconnected it back to the slave and had pedal pressure instantly. I still went ahead and bleed it some more thru the slave. All is working great now.

I bench bleed mine and still had air in the line.So I pulled the line off the slave and put the metal line in a glass of brake fluid with a screw in there to open the valve and then used a vacuum pump at the resivor and pulled the fluid up threw the Master. This got all the air out. Then I pluugged it back in and pumped the peddle, held down and bleed the slave.Did that twice. Now I have absolutly no air in the system.Never had this setup work so good since I got it 6 months ago.

So after bench bleeding it, pulling it out again to re-bench bleed, I did the screw/glass jar trick (while the whole POS was out of the car), and I instantly had a working clutch again. I finally got to test my Patriot Heads and CheaTR cam. Shifter even went right in on the high RPM 2-3 shift. I went from about to go postal, to happy as hell, and I owe it all to you. Well, maybe not but I do owe you a huge thank you
Nowaday's I have a custom pump setup that works everytime.Takes me less than 5 minutes to get all the air out
