Default Clutch wont unengage at high rpms?

I just picked up an 00 formula from the dealership last week, It has an aftermarket clutch im guessing (stiffer than the spec s3 carbon in my black car) and after about 5800, it wont let me shift into gear. If i shift before 55-5800, it goes right in gear. Any higher, and i can feel it try to go in, wobble around a bit, and after about 3 seconds, it will go into gear?

anyone know what this could be and how to fix it?

thanks..

matt

Needs an adjustable master cylinder. Your engagement is too close to the floor.
