Shift Skip I know this feature is supposed to help save gas, but it's REALLY annoying, especially if I'm shifting out of first while turning. Anyone else agree?

They are cheap and all you do is plug n play, take you like 5 min to install including jacking up the car.

If you want to disable it for cheap just get a resistor, installuniversity.com has the procedure. Imagine it can be a real pain driving around in NYC.

Ok I might have had a little problem with it when I drove it home from Chicago in rush hour traffic when I got it, but that's it. My dad doesn't have a problem with it in his Corvette. The only reason I don't have it hooked up anymore is because I was asked if I wanted to have it removed when I had my car tuned.

the problem with the skip shift is it WILL activate at the worst possible time, I almost got rear ended because due to the road I was turning on to being a hill, a light foot on the gas pedal wasn't enough to overcome it and boom I was in 4th... I almost got rear ended that day. That night I ordered a skip shift eliminator kit. I have it tuned out now, guess I'll have to get under there and remove it one of these days.
