Default normal?

is it normal for there to be some weird noises and stuff right after u got ur tranny rebuilt with
carbon fiber syncros
iron shift forks
billet key ways and new z06 clutch?
and all bearings and seals replaced

such as a spinning noise in neutral when the clutch is out

No it is not, does it goes away with the pedal depressed?
Then that would suggest that the throw out bearing/pilot bearing could be at fault.

ya it does go away when i push the peddle in. i called the guy and he said it was all replaced and it was normal for the first couple hundred miles and to call him if it didnt stop
