Default Aluminum Flywheels Worth the Money??

What type of 1/4 mile gains and HP gains if any? Are they really worth the $400?? Any input helps, expert or not. Thanks in advance!!!

You'll likely see 10-20 hp on the dyno from a light flywheel, but your 60 foot will suffer. If you are a road racer or autocrosser (like me), the trade off is well worth it. If you have enough power to "drive through" the launch (and spin the tires anyway....), then it will likely be worth a couple mph or so.
