How can I upgrade my T56? I'm getting ready to have my tranny rebuilt. 3rd is gone and 4th grinds like a SOB. I killed the tranny spraying against a bolt-on Viper & H/C Z06 <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
How can I upgrade my T56 to make it stronger? I want to replace my worn parts with Viper parts, but I heard not all the parts fit. Does anyone know how or what can be upgraded on a GM T56.

Re: How can I upgrade my T56? Sounds like you toasted the synchros. Probably because of a bent shift fork. Call D&D Performance, they can tell you everything you need to know about upgrading. They're good guys to deal with.
