Default tranny crapping out ; synchro's fried?

well it started saturday night
i raced an LT1 TA 3 times
the first and third race i missed 3rd gear
i thought it was akward, because it has never missed 3rd on me, and ive had it since may 2002, and ive put almost 20k miles on it
then sunday, it hit me
i was coming home, and it started getting hard to shift it into any gear, and i heard something, so i turned the radio down and BAM.
i heard it grinding
the factory shift fork got bent probably, and the synchros are wearing out, right?
thats all i have seem to found on this forum so far
any help is greatly appreciated
thanks

Hard to shift into any gear ussually means a clutch or hydrolic problem.I think there is 4 shift forks in the tranny,so there is little chance you bent all of them.

thanks

does it sound like the clutch needs to be replaced? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

if it does, it wouldnt really bother me
ive been wanting that SPEC stage2 package for a while, and they are just an hours drive away <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

edit: forgot to mention, i checked the fluid resevoir, and it was full
also jacked up the car and found no fluid leaks anywhere visible near the tranny
that probably wont help any, but its info
