Default how to keep a tranny

Well i searched and found nothing and I know its a weird thread but i was wondering if there are certain thing you should or shouldnt do to keep a tranny acting new. example: some guy said he never shifts over bumps to preserve his tranny. is that really going to help?

Keeping your fluid decent is a great way.

Exactly. The change the fluid every 6 months, flush the hydraulics every few months and keep the hydraluics new. That is your best bet.
