ram 402/910 DISK
switched to the ram 402/910 disk after my spec 3+ crapped out on me an i like it a lot. a bit more on off than the 3+ but no chatter. I would buy the ram over the spec if i had to do it again as i personally like the feel better. 4k mile on is so far. and holds 325 50 15 at the track like a champ.

Im def. satisfied with my Level 3 Ram Power grip HD. I love this thing and I used to drive it in traffic an hour and a half to and from my last job! It holds power and your car just holds onto alot more torque at low rpms. Its great for launching and easy to drive. A little on the stiff side but thats how I like it! Once I put it in my car I started to chirp 4th gear!!!!!!!! Had some chatter during break in but thats cause I still had the stock gear. Chatter is 100% gone now.

You dont hear much from clutchmasters in the musclecar world. But I have a old school clutchmasters stg3 in my eclipse that has held up well. The original stage 1 was gone in under 6 months and 1 night at the track.

Definitely the LS7 clutch kit from www.sdparts.com for $399. The kit includes the disk, pressure plate and the LS2 flywheel which bolt right on. I just installed this clutch/flywheel on my 99 Camaro SS and I love it. Stock pedal feel and grabs very well. However, you must allow it to break in for 600 miles before beating on it. It's also much better than the garbage Spec stage 2 that I had in there.

Not a whole lot of feedback from LS7 clutch owners who visit the track about once a month. I imagine it goes to crap just as quickly as the stock clutch because that's not what it's made for.

My car was at the track every weekend being sprayed. A lot of highway racing as well. I also ran on Hoosier QTPs all the time and the clutch never gave me a single problem. I had about 3K street miles on it as well.
