Well the only wiring I have done thus far is the vehicle speed sensor. On the automatic harness, right by the large round connector that plugs into the tranny is a small little connector with two wires (I think they are purple and green if I remember). Those two wires need about 10 inches added to them. They plug in on the drives side of the tranny right by the shifter. (On the auto its on the passenger side). I ran them down the ps side of the tranny and then over the crossmember under the tranny to route it to the other side.

The automatic shifter has a harness that needs to be messed with, the car wont start if you just unplug it. I havent finished the wiring on that so Ill let you know.

CAGS is unecessary.

The more involved one is going to be the reverse lockout. Im going to need to make the whole harness from the computer to the plug in, then you need to flash the ecu with an m6 tune. Im considering just hooking it up to the brake pedal for now (unlocks reverse when I press the brakes).

Congrats on such a quick swap! It took me about 15 hours by myself.
