Default 3rd Gear grinds... what do I need?

Ok I already had a rebuild on my trans only 6k ago. Carbon blocker rings, billet dog keys, 3-4 steel shift fork, bronze fork pads

Well due to bad hydraulics and a terrible attempt at a burnout, I think 3rd gear synchro gave up the ghost. I can bang 1-2 fine, 3-4 fine, but 2-3 grinds at any RPM in which i shift "quickly". Driving normal its fine.

If thats all thats wrong with the trans, what parts do I need to fix this problem? I'd probably purchase parts from sixspeedsinc, so if one of you folks could chime in, that'd be great.

Try a different fluid, I recommend Synchromesh from Pennzoil.

If its been cold it will also do that.

currently running synchromesh, even when the car is plenty warm (20+ minutes of driving in mild temps) it'll still do it

Sound like a 2-3 slider. The more it grinds, the more you will damage. Call Six Speeds and ask for Amber. She's pretty good at helping out with this stuff.
