Default LT1 & LS1 clutch??? whats the difference?

I found a guy thats selling a centerforce part #DF017010 for $150 brand new, and its local, my transmission came out of a 97 lt1, his clutch is for an ls1, my question is, whats the difference between these two clutches???

Ahhh how about night and day. The LT-1 is a pull style design and is the better and more cost effective one for you based on the transmission you are using. The LS-1 is a typical push style design, but you would need to change over a few things like inputshaft, front intermediate plate, bellhousing, linkage etc.. Save yourself alot of $$$ and headaches and go with the LT-1 Clutch.
