The only time I recommend an aluminum lightweight flywheel is if the car is going to be auto-crossed a lot or road raced a lot.
Less weight means more revs are needed to begin enough rotational mass to keep the engine from being pulled down into a bog when the clutch is released.

haha man this thread got revived.... but I am going to probably stick with a OE steel flywheel haha. aluminum would not benefit a car I would cruise a lot with.
