x2!!! I use new stock hydraulics and it feels like stock or better! Holds great too, and unlike Textralia oz700 with this clutch you get:
Great customer service
A very strong/chatter free/stock feel(pressure)
and
12,000 mile/12month WARRANTY!!!
I almost went went oz700 but mmmm nah.
I'd either get this southbend stage III like what I've got or I'd holler at Monster clutch because they seem to have it going on too.

if your doing heads and cam.... TWIN DISK CLUTCH
i have run a Mcleod twin disk rst. Both for weekend cruising and racing.. the clutch is great! I launch at 5k rpm and cut 1.4 60' times. the clutch loves it!
Its a great clutch:
-lighter then stock pedal effort
-great street driving
-amazing track driving
-mcleod has over 30yrs of racing experience
the RST and RXT by mcleod are smaller in diamter, that equals less rotating mass. Faster revs. Twin disk, have more mating surfaces and allow for a very light pedal.
Twin disk is the only way too go.

+1 for the RST twin. I have the RST with a Tick Adj. M/C and it is awsome. IMO it drives better than stock and will handle anything you throw at it.

Monster Clutch. They offer a one year warranty. So far I haven't heard of any complaints. They're USA made also and a better deal then the Textralia's. I was gonna go with a Tex OZ700...but that Monster Stage III is a much better deal! No need to fool with an expensive PITA adj. Master either...Yay! That's where my money's going when I need a new clutch. They've got some sweet deals right now for the holidays.

well there new on ls1tech they have alot of products on gto forums. seem to be a really good product, and no complaints over there. some guys have started using them here and so far no complaints the ls1tech community doesn't know how they will hold up yet but but the gto does and there 4,000lbs. plus they have a 1 year warranty.
and im going to buy there twin disk when there new design comes out at the first of the year. i talked to steve and im so suppose to be doing a little testing on my car with the new design. cant wait!
i was going to get a spec twin but they want $1,700 for the one i need and monster's is 1,100 and has a better warranty plus they keep the jobs in the USA, and we need a company like that right now!

I'd vote Monster Clutch, but, I'm a bit biased.
I'll be more than happy to go over any questions you have! We've done a ton of testing and we've come out with what we believe to be one of the best clutches on the market!
I do understand that most want a clutch that has tons of feedback, while we are still new we've got a good amount of feedback on most of our units and are continuously getting more and more by the day.
I hope that you will consider us when making a clutch purchase,

I offer a clutch called Diamond Clutch. It is just about the same as the Textralia, but with a newer pressure plate design. There are plenty of members here who already have this clutch. I've been selling them now for the last 1.5 years. I sell the kit with a billet steel 25lb flywheel or a chromoly 16lb flywheel for $670.
12 month / 12,000 mile warranty
