DFX chatter with 650 miles on break in?

DFX chatter with 650 miles on break in? the problem is stated above. I did not shift hard or even take it above 2500rpm until 500 miles. i have a fidanza aluminum flywheel as well. I have no idea why it chatters so bad but im afraid for my 10 bolt and my teeth. any suggestions or shared experiences would help.
