Default Grinding/vibration reving with clutch in!!!!

Ok here is my problem, kinda hard to explain. Its a t-56 transmission. When i have the car in gear with the clutch pressed in and rev it up or rev it up to let clutch out it makes a grinding/ vibration. It shifts through all the gears fine. no other problems with the tranny. I have all new parts inside. new slave new master new clutch everything. Please someone help out.

Default

Only when you have it in gear, not in neutral?

Did you replace the pilot bushing?

Do you feel it in the pedal?

Does it go way with the clutch released whether in gear or in neutral?
