Default twin disc installed, clutch wont dissengage at all

well i started my car for the first time all season (better late than never) and i got a slightly used mcleod twin disc that i bought of another member on here, i followed all of mcleods instructions on the install and checked everything to make sure it was right. well i started the car finally after i finished everything else up and the car wont go into gear, i turned the car off and got it in first, and when i went to crank it over the car wants to jump. so the clutch is stuck engaged.

i have a stock master, and a remote bleeder, the clutch has been bled and the pedal feels good, do i have to get an adjustable master, or did i **** something up?

son of a bitch that one from tick is expensive, lol

looks like im going to have to hold off on getting the car tuned, hopefully with an adjustable master, ill be able to hit the gears harder.

my 11.20 pass last year sounded like i wasnt even racing my shifts were so slow

Expensive, but awesome! Did you install the shims that come with the pressure plate bolts?
