Laws differ by state. In Ohio to be street legal all you need is: Working headlights, turn signals, windshield with wipers, mirrors, brakes, parking brake, horn, exhaust and DOT tires.

Surprised this hasn't sold yet.

I should have probably said "street-able" not "street legal". Seems like here in Nevada we have similar requirements for street legal with DMV as Ohio.
