So...... it's been about five days, I have about 400 looks w/o any comments. I'm not saying everyone should comment or anything like that,I guess I'm asking why it's not moving I'm I asking too much, Does no one like the car, or what? I battle with selling it or keeping it. It doesn't get driven much so I thought someone could enjoy it. I'm open to hearing what everyone thinks.

the car is ok but its not a screaming deal which is all that people will want. people want something like this for under 10k these days. high miles and not original. its a plus for someone like me that its a 6 speed car but most people cant drive stick lol

good luck

jerflash,
Thanks man, that's really what I'm looking for. Now I know what I'm working with. Yeah, I know everyone wants a good deal and so do I,I just want to get a fair market price for my car that is in great shape for its age. In all reality, it's all stock with the exception of the exhaust which I thought would be a plus. It's got four brand new maybe 20 miles BFG TA's hell that's 1000 including ailment, clutch master/slave cylinders all GM products, not parts house china stuff along with the 02 sensors. The brakes/rotors have maybe 50-ish miles, the air was done a few months ago. Like I said it just doesn't get driven enough. Is 150K really high mileage for an LS?

I've owned it since 2017, The guy I bought it from said it was garaged when not in use. It was garaged up until last March when I moved and had some medical issues to deal with, it has been outside since then. I'm sure whoever buys it will be able to have the dash fixed.
I also want to add... UMI coil overs DO NOT CONE WITH THE CAR. The factory suspension is what's on the car.

OK....so with everything being said that my car is worth 10K I'll list it for 10K FIRM !!! I'm curious if it really sells or if people are just **** starters. I won't go any lower, I don't need the money I just don't want it to sit.

Looks like a good car but the cracked dash & worn seat bolster hurt the car with potential buyers that get past age and miles. Will likely sell quicker with those items fixed at the desired price.

Hey bud, kind of in the same boat as you. My car is priced really fairly, but these day people really just want a crazy great deal. I cannot really blame them, but at the same time, I have gotten a lot of low ball offers, some just ridiculous. Cars like these are the ones me and you will probably regret selling down the road, especially as their popularity rises. In the next decade I could totally see them rising in value. But yeah, completely understand where you are coming from

Yeah,I thought these cars were antique/collector cars so to speak, not like the 60-70s cars. The car is 22 years old it's gonna have some flaws.
Anyway, this is very educational, to say the least.

You aren't kidding. I had a Firehawk Trans Am back in 2003. Growing up as a teenager the 4th generation Camaro and Firebirds were hot **** and way better looking than the Mustangs of the era. The Trans Am was my realistic dream car and I purchased a 2002 Firehawk Trans Am in 2002 and I had it just over a year. For financial reasons I got rid of the car and I wish I hadn't. To this day I still have dreams about that car every once in awhile. Selling that car is my biggest regret.

It seems it's a decent/fair car at a decent/fair price.

Might just take a while to find the right buyer.

Post-Covid market is pretty crazy.

It's a great price, don't lower it. For what it's worth, I just insured my 1999 light pewter metallic TA with 140,000 miles with haggerty yesterday. I have no idea of the book value, but we have an agreed value of $15,000, which is the market value. Be patient and good luck.

Couldn't agree more, I never understood the appeal with those generation Mustangs, and how they could still outsell Camaro/Firebird despite being thoroughly outperformed by the LS1. On top of that you get T-tops which I always liked I know some people preferred the hardtop. Back in '03 I bought a '99 Z28 with 33k miles for 13 grand. So these cars have gone up in value for sure, it'll be interesting to see if they command all original 60s Camaro dollars in the next 10-20 years. To answer sellers question, 150k miles isn't crazy high for Ls1s..But it all depends on how they were taken care of. I owned several that were still running strong with over 200k, but I also took care of them.
