So my wife and i looked at some more houses and i think we found the one, it has everything we want and needs minimal, such as carpet the basment, and paint in the dining area, i really want the the house, its listed at 153k, whats a suitable offer, they have to move due to work, so im assuming theyll be flexible, its 4 bed 2 full bath 2100sq ft, , 2.5 car garage, fenced yard, and brick fireplace with a 42" Magnanvox lcd mounted over it, (tv included) =) , what do you guys think, i appreciate it

Where is it located? What are similar houses like it going for in the area? Do you have 20% to put down on it to avoid the MIP?
