Talk to me About Branson, MO Me and the GF were just offered a free timeshare in downtown Branson, MO for the first week in June.
Should I take it? Is there enough there to keep us entertained for a week? My understanding is that it's kinda like a redneck Vegas?

I've been to Branson twice, and I had a lot of fun. There is definitely a lot to do to keep you entertained. It is like a small Vegas. There are some good restaurants. Also, if you like fishing, there is some very good bass fishing on Table Rock Lake. We also took a guided fishing trip on Lake Taneycomo for rainbow trout and we did very well. The people there are very friendly, and it is MUCH better than something like Wisconsin Dells.
Im actually going to Branson april 4 for a week with the wife, rugrat and my brothers family. We are staying in his timeshare and plan on checking out dollywood while were down there. Im gonna play motor boat on Dollys` twins. Ill post up how it was when I get back april 11

yeah Branson is fun. you could kill 2 days in Silver Dollar City and then spend the rest of the time going to all the shops and other parks and stuff. it's really easy to waste 3 or 4 days there
Get Drunk and go race go-karts. Back when my buddies and I used to go to Chadwhick and ride we would hit that place up at night and tear the hell out of the go-karts. They don't breathalize you either.

****, we'd turn them into bumper cars! Rubbin's racin' There is nothing better than drunk go cart racing. I got ejected from a place in Mears MI and almost got in a fight with the old guy running the place. It was me and a bunch of my buddies that were camping to go to the silver lake dunes.

Yeah, pissing off people at those places is easy. My buddy Luke drove the tire off of one and kept goin' until one of the workers chased him down and ejected all of us after that. I miss ridin', and the good times that went with it. I know my knees and ankles don't though!
