advice-help

getting layed off and dunno if i need to get rid of my car??? my total ammount of payments a month are 780 a month... and from what i hear i should get roughly 6-700 every two weeks...should i keep my car? i dont like this cus usally i make quite a but more a month than unemployment pays but ive got other things im worried about too + not working will drive me ******* nuts...im confused as hell and just incase i need to sell the car here it is

How on earth do you pay 780 a month for a 2000 TA? Is that including insurance,etc? Even then that's crazy.

I'm guessing that includes insurance.

hahaha...no thats total for all my bills...hahah sorry for that man. my car+insurance for 2 cars is only 467a month...

Thats gonna depend on your income from CHI but its still not going to give you that full amount. And obviously not going to factor in any of the extras you recieve. Do you pay for Wendi's car too?

And your not selling it, we'll figure something out.

what they do is look at your last 4 quarters of earnings. They take the two best quarters and use that in whatever formula they have to determine your unemployment benefit.
