ok i know its just obd II in ill. but i have a 10pt cage, lexan windshield, no wipers, dumps, vfn up to the windshield hood. i know there is really no visual ins but with the hood and windshield do u think that will be an issue?
just a thinking they may boot me cause of the no wipers and windshield. idk maybe i am just paronide, but did anyone pass with this stuff on there car?

im cammed and my bottle is in the back seat and i passed with no problems....but the windsheild cage and hood might draw a managers attention...??? go to the one in blue island its pree gettho there...

I went to Schaumburg near Speed Inc and passed. He was a little pissed about crawling in and out of the cage.

 

Wow, I got "teched" at the BMV here with no exhaust after the downpipe (inspection for title work). I can pass emissions on E85, though luckily we don't have to here.

 

They don't give a **** what you have done to the car as long as you don't throw a SES light. I did it with both of my Camaros. Ask Bill too, he passed just fine with his TA as well and he runs Q16 in his.

 

Yep drove to Tinley and passed Np, passed in Markhem too.

 

Bought yours out of state? That is the only time they require a VIN inspection. They should only make suggestions, but they can't tell you to get it fixed.
