another of my buddies went to the race on the 16th. He made it to the 3rd round of his class and his charger inlet pipe came off at the top end, so he loaded up and came home. He called yesterday and said they called him and he got in on the random pick. Now in our town of 700, 4 of us registered and all but me have made it in. ONe from the first pick, one from a drop out of original list, and now one from the race on the 16th. Will be fun to watch and be in the pits though.

Does anyone know if we get any extra passes for 'crew' people with our cars?

The ticket guys told me that "crew" still had to buy the regular spectator pass. Yea, The guy that went to the race on the 16th found out how strict their tech is. He said there was a guy there that had a IHRA license, they wouldnt let him run because they are NHRA. He had to get a emergency physical and then he could run, but one tech wasnt going to let him still. Better have all your **** together.

That's why you don't go 9.99!

I was told you can have 2 crew members for your car.

I recently had my cage certified by the tech at 66; see you in the pits.

Anyone know what the schedule is? I see that it's friday and sat, but they don't list any type of schedule. Is the whole event two days?

The schedule they sent out is crap. From the looks of it, we test and tune all day on Friday and there's only 3 hours of qualifying before they start eliminationson Saturday!

Hope only 50 cars show up if they expect to get all that **** done in time.
