Sorry to hear about your luck TORCHD. Thats some BS, man.

But I'd have to say the quote above is even more bullshit!!

I don't recall during Driver's Education or any other official training, that an officer can instigate a stop to "check out your car". Whatta joke!

This reminds me of a story a coworker told me about being pulled over. Long story-short the officer told him, "Since its Friday night, you're gonna have to let me search your car." I guess the 4th Amendment doesn't apply during the weekend. *sarcasm*

Cops make me so mad. So mad.

The messed up thing about the whole situation, the cop recently had his squad gone thru at his house ( which is about 8 blocks from me). He left car unlocked, some kids got in, popped trunk and took his semi automatic with armor piercing rounds. I asked him about it and this was the guy lol. He is suspended from swat, got his *** reemed and no gun but, they have 2 leads he says.

That sucks and I agree how it is dumb how bikes can run around with straight pipes and cops don't even look twice. Sounds like you need to invest in an E-cutout and a quiet muffler, works great!

Bikes wit loud exhaust is considered a saftey feature for bikes. They are loud so in case you dont see them you might here them. That is the way Missouri looks at them. They cant give a loud and exhsesive to a bike in Missouri
