BIG BIG BIG game #3 tonight which is obviously a must win for the Flyers, who are going to be really Tuff tonight but nothing our Hawks can't handle, especially as well as they are playing on the road during the playoffs.

Game 3 should be incredible game when it comes to energy, physical play and overall excitement.

The Flyers and everyone else knows that they are definitely history if they go down 3 games to 0 to the Hawks, as the Hawks are not the Bruins, and if we win tonight the Stanley Cup is just a stone's throw away for the Hawks.

OUCH, that hurt, but not surprised at all that the Flyers pulled game #3 that was a must win for them. Brand new series now, but if we can win on Friday we will have a great chance to win it in Chicago in Game #5!

There was certainly some no penalties that should have been called against the Flyers (2 for sure and maybe 3) and that's typical crap for the Massive $ involved by going with at least 5 or 6 games, but its bullshit b/c that certainly could have of been the demise of the Flyers if they were called. I mean Versteeg's helmet and head was almost ripped off on one play and alot of dirty **** on Pronger that should have been called (but that's the way the puck bounces).

Pressure is building. Hawks need to step it up and not take such foolish penalities. I know we are Blackhawk fans but it would be nice to see penalities called when they are committed, it seems the reffing is swayed just a tad towards the Flyers. Having said that, the Hawks need to regain their confidence and not play into Phillys hands. I must admit, Im not impressed with Niemi, I think practicially any Goaltender could have got the Hawks where they currently are because of their Offense. Sure he has had a few great game others may have as well in the same position. I would prefer they search for a top goaltender after the season because they will be in the playoffs for years to come (its the NHL, practically every team makes the playoffs).

Not sure if I agree that Niemi is not in fact an awesome goal tender. Not sure if you ever played the game. But you can only blame goal tending to a degree. I still think he is an awesome GT'r and he deserves to be there. Our defense IMO last night looked awful in the first 2 periods. The Flyer's made some great plays and that put the puck in the net. Not to mention our defense did not get the job done of clearing the puck. I seen it happen time and time again last night. It could have been worse! They definitely need to do a complete 180 if they are going to win this series. I do agree on some of the officiating issues that were pretty obvious last night. It seemed when we changed up the lines in the 3rd period it made a difference. Looking forward to Sundays game. Vince

Very disappointing effort by the Hawks Friday night as they were totally out of sync. with low energy, were not playing well as a team, had bad passing and a few terrible give aways on defense for 3/4 of the game, but at least they made a game out of it at the end, despite the fact that they lost this very important game #4, and this is WHOLE new series now and the Stanley Cup is up for Grabs (but I still like our chances with home ice advantage).

I predict that the team that wins game #5 Sunday Night will take home Lord's Stanley Cup, and I sure hope its our HAWKS, and I think Niemi has done an outstanding job so far in Playoffs (including the finals, espicially given the fact he is a rookie)!! That being said I am very CONCERNED that our young team may have lost its confidence as they have become too wrapped up on Philly's physical style of play and have gotten away from playing Blackhawk Hockey, where they take full advantage of their speed an ATTACK that freaking net and take advantage of their speed and offensive prowres on defense, and its time for Big Buff to step up to that ********** Pronger, and our first line with Kaner and Toews to start making a much bigger impact! Man I hope they find their MOJO for Sunday night's game (HUGE game #5) and if not look out we are going to be in BIG trouble!

Hawks played the way they are capable of tonight and played their style of hockey and DOMINATED the Flyers in this Huge Game #5, kicking their azz in more way than one (loved to see Pronger have a sh itty game and have Big Buff check the crap out him) and the Hawks win in Dominate fashion 7 to 4!

I predicted that the winner of this very important game #5 would win the Stanley Cup, and I would not be surprised to see the Hawks skate around in Philly with Lord Stanley's Cup in Game 6 on Weds. night! :yesnod: If not, Hawks will win the final game 7 at home where they are now 3 and 0 vs. the Flyers in the Stanley Cup Finals!
