Wow, this is a long thread. Woodbury, MN here. I just put in my ssf3500 converter two weeks ago and it wasn't that bad. Did it in my garage with 4 jackstands, a floor jack, and some ramps. I would be willing to help out although it can't be done in my garage. I would also be willing to help with a cam install because I will be doing this soon as well and some practice would be nice.

Note: Anyone need tuning for a 99 trans am I have hptuners and would be will to help out with what I could.

Well, not sure how far everyone is apart but i think it'll be cool if we get together to help on blkta cam install. On the TC subject, how long was the install? Wanna do a cam install + the TC converter before i put it up for the winter so thats why im curious. Oh, one more question, does anyone know anyone up there that can do some body work and paint on my TA? Thanks

I just had a TCI 3800 stall installed. I had a shop do it because my exhaust is fully welded from I-pipe back. It's a PITA just to get the headers on right.

It's a pretty big custom grind with a reverse split. Should put out good numbers, but I will wait and see.

Hopefully some of locals with be out this weekend at the Midway; should be packed for cruising.

Went to Checkers the other day and they scanned for codes. Said i had a 02 malfunction. Guess that would cause the car to sputter real bad. Friend from S.A. is shipping the other two i have left from my Header install.

Sounds good. My SES light has been on ever since i put my headers on. Took out the EGR and air system so it stays on. What else can you do with that HPtuner? Not familiar with it? Thanks... Jody
Also, got my new MN cell number 613-600-2375.. Gime me a call.

waterbug, me and 99whitews6 were planning on meeting up sometime soon to delete my codes, and do some quick basic tuning. We should meet up at the same time. Nights/weekends work best for me.
