Sam was one of my best friends, and helped me get as deep as I am into racing and f-bodys. He will be greatly missed, but not forgotten.

The first thing on his tombstone was a vinal sticker put on by his wife that said "Hell Yeah I street race"

WOW!!! I just saw this thread. I'm very sorry to hear this as well. My stomache is turning right now. Sam seemed like a great guy. I chatted a few times with him as well, but didn't know him on a personal basis! This is very sad!
RIP Sam, and Prayers are with the family and friends.

And It IS very hard to read things like this on here. Just b/c this is a car forum, we all have a common interest and that interest seems to draw us together in certain ways! I feel as if all of you guys/girls are like brothers and sisters to me in a certain way!

Really sad to hear this. I remember awhile back when I was traveling on the weekends I needed somewhere safe to put my car at night. He PM'ed me gladly offering his own driveway so that my SS would be safe there. Never ended up going so I didn't meet him but really showed what a stand up guy he was. Seemed like he would offer a hand whenever needed. Its a shame and I'm sure he will be missed.

RIP Sam.
