engine bay
Here is the engine bay. The GTO covers look cool, even though the engine came out of a Corvette. The covers are color matched to the car. Also, you can seem a bit of silver paint on the top of the firewall, a bit of a remnant from it's last color. There is also a sliver of blue from the original Miata color The silver and blue were kept just as a historical reference to past colors.

Have my license back for the first time 3 1/2 years.. LOL. I've been driving the hell out of my 02' S2000 lately, although the clutch master cylinder decided to take a ****.
Planning to unload both S2000's next year (maybe) and snag a lotus elise or exige
Agreed!

Not much. Just hangin in the northwoods.
Looks like you are doing a frame off on the S10. Sounds like a sweet combo you are putting together. Are you tubbing it?
I just got rid of my blazer I put a 5.3 in with a 68mm for a GTO. I would like to go turbo in it as well but I have a lot of irons in the fire that I need to get done first. Only so much time & money to work with.

Yeah, I hear ya. It's either have time and no money, or have no time and tons of money. I figured, why not do a frame off. The bed is easy to remove and the cab wasn't **** to take off either. Start fresh all around. The frame rails are all stock, no tubbing. I see plenty of s10's launching on just split monoleafs and caltracs, which is what I'm running.
