If the car is driveable I would contact Speed Inc in Schaumburg Illinois and/or a shop in DesMoines.

I have the same issue. Have to drive between 150 and 200 miles to find a reputable tuner with a Mustang style dyno.

Do some research if you haven't done some research on dyno's. IMO the Mustang style dyno tune gives the best results for every day drive ability. When you find someone, ask what type of dyno they use.

You can hit up Steven (slow94formula) located in SE MN. Very good reputation. Has a Dynocom dyno and has tuned plenty of different setups.

Ha. I've only met one other 4th gen Camaro owner in this whole state, and he moved. I think the others hide in the cornfields.

That hasn’t been my experience. Jim at speed inc used to do my tuning until I learned and started doing my own tuning a few years ago so I didn’t have to make the trip any more. Tune wasn’t locked.

I was told via phone and email that it would be locked

I can only speak about my personal experience with multiple different setups over the years my Speed Inc tunes were never locked. Jim is an excellent tuner if I didn't live so far away from reputable tuners I wouldn't have spent the time learning to tune myself. I'm glad I did learn though it's such a valuable skill.
