Nope, a freshened 6 speed with a 2A rebuild kit from sixspeedsinc.com should be in the car in a matter of 2 weeks. I'm currently clutch hunting, that's one thing I haven't missed in the last 1.5 years.

Thanks, but I got home and got one out of an early 80's Grand Prix demo prospect to work. Don't have intermittent wipers anymore, but what the heck.

Tell him "hi" for me; I miss talking to him! Cliff rules.

Also, have an '85 Dodge 4x4 for sale, good strong truck but not pretty, $1000 obo

I'm keeping the TH 400 and putting it in my 91 Camaro. The TA is retiring from strip racing.

like I said it is just a thought, I will probly stick with what I have and then maybe later switch.

I can't decide if I want to run my exhaust out the back or do dumps again.

Well I would never run a dumped exhaust because I love the looks of an exhaust out the back but it's different with a camaro. I hope to order a short block today. I can't decide between a 370 or a 408.

well what you need to figure out is if your turbos will feed the 408, if they will go for it!

Well I know the turbos won't support a 408 so I will most likely be going with a 370 but I can't order anything till I sell the old short block. I probably won't get this going till this winter it looks like. Who knows what I will do by then, but I still would rather get it going this year if possible.

Needs new cam bearings and and the cycliders honed and then put back together, but it could be more. I would really rather not dump anymore money into this engine. I will part it out if anyone wants anything and I will sell the heads block rods pistons and crank for 2800 dollars. As far as I can see all you would need to do is have it honed put new bearing throughout new rings in the pistons and possibly have the crank polished. I just don't want to mess with it I would rather buy one done and put it in the car. Mainly due to lack of tools. This also includes the main studs and the stud girdle.

Well I did but they didn't want to pay the amount I wanted so it's up for sale. Not going to advertise it to much since I don't want to ship it.
