First I worked on the rear which took 2 weeks.
The next day, I was driving it and the clutch would not engage (so the clutch was all the way up). That took 3 days. It was the line from the clutch master cylinder to the slave. Also the master cylinder went bad.
Then I lost cruise control and the e brake didn't work well. The master cylinder went bad again.
Went down the LSFest. On Sunday, it started not wanting to go into reverse. I had to wiggle it back and forth for a little bit before it went in. So I dropped it off at the tranny shop since it still was under warranty.
I was suppose to get back yesterday but the tranny wasn't the problem. So, I have to pay labor on it. It's suppose to be the master cylinder AGAIN, and they said it wasn't driveable.
So I need to find out why exactly my master cylinder keeps failing.

Well this is what it did..
The br7 plugs killed my HP on the bottle but picked up on n/a power.
310rwhp 280rwtq (Frost mail-order tune) WAY too lean triggering knock sensors
314rwhp 358rwtq (N/A on n2o tune)
406rwhp 527rwtq (150shot)
Said with the plug change to tr6's 440-450rwhp sameish torque.
Def changing those plugs!!!

Be careful running the projected tips with the TR6's with that shot. I don't have experience just hours of reading on the nitrous forum. That sucks the BR7's killed your power. That's what I have in my car now and I'm throwing some TR55 back in it. There is no telling if and when I'll ever get the bottle hooked up.
Are you not running a timing retard box? I am assuming not because you said you got a nitrous tune.

I ran TR6 plugs in my vette on 225 shot no problems. Tune just needs to be right. When I first started tuning with the 348 in the vette I melted the electrode off #7 but that was back in 2004. TR6 plugs are not a really good plug for the nitrous though as mentioned, much safer with the 7's. Nice torque numbers! Good luck.
Honestly... is the only thing good about the 4th gens are LS1s and looks? I mean, the rears are crap, autos not too good and some trouble m6s, crappy window motors, cracked dash pads, cracked web on the top hatch area (?) and some bad center consoles (judging by the prices... espically for m6s)?
Edit: And the clutch master cylinders are weak!

I drove the car lastnight! N/A it pulls wayyyy better even on the n2o tune. I sprayed it twice... Car is a freak even on Mickeys! I love it!!
Now time to head to Chandler tonight for the CMP Shootout and actually see what this thing will do!

I think my car should be a bracket racer with 3 8.40's in s a row all between 85.38-85.41mph lol.
Good times short of the rainout.
