Let's roll posse up to Great Lakes Dragaway on 4/10- It's free! I'm in for a meet/cruise/race to knock the winter dust off my ride and see how the new mods treat me at the track...
I was thinking that we meet kinda early, maybe at the Ohare oasis on 294, and then truck it up north... Let's put something together, Chi-town LS1tech-ers. Who's with me?

Me and a few guys were acaully talking last night about going the second weekend in April anyways... how weird. If they go, I have my buddy Dan with a lightning, BLKZ28LS6 and HAUS1. But I'm sure the'll post up if their down.

Yeah, when we did my headers in his mom's garage it was sleeting outside, not very pleasant to be under the car, but we learned a couple things. Sean learned that road salt in the eye is BAD, and I learned that road salt tastes just like tablesalt. Bon appetit!!!

I think I would at least go to spectate and get some fresh air. My reccollection is that opening day is very crowded so I am not sure I would bring the Formula, which is pretty much in full racing setup.
