Help w/ heads/cam install & tune in NE!! I need to get ahold of someone that can help me do a heads/cam install and tune in Nebraska (Lincoln/Omaha or Kansas City area).

I wish you could wait a little bit on the tune. I am getting HPTuners by this summer, and I'm sure I'll pick it up really quick. I could get you a pretty decent tune for a lot cheaper than you could at a shop. Plus, my car is an '02 like yours, so I wouldn't have to purchase any additional software. Too bad you probably don't want to wait until summer.
