I wanted to know if anyone was in or around the chicagoland area. I want to check out some local Ls1 cars..

im actually in Chicago, along with quite a few others that don't really post here. I'm not sure if Roy (DriveATransAm) still posts here, but he lived in Lincolnwood and had one of the quickest local LS1's a few years ago. Pro Stock John I believe is still a Chicago local along with Keith (Magnus). I live on Chicago's nw side, not far from lincolnwood at all. Let me know if you want to join us sometime, we have a friendly group and usually hang out at local places in the city.

i can almost guarantee mine is the slowest... i see alot of LS1's in the chicago area. every time theres a G2G theres about 50 LS1's and 1 or 2 LT1's

thats a bit of an overstatement, rofl, but yeah they accually usually turn out decent
between 15-25 fbodies

The last G2G i was at there was 35 LS1's and 3 LT1's now at the downers spot we went to it was more like 15 LS1's and 4 LT1's but any who us Lt1 guys are being out numbered.

im from the burbs i would love to meet up..i have seen u post on chicagosvt a bunch. Your car is badass. I think we should meet up at 75th and lemont Friday night. There is usually a bunch of people up there and it would be cool to see ur car..I have been thinking of switching to an 03-04 cobra and ur car is awesome.
