Default Sun. Oct. 9th GB/Fox valley meet

For anyone interested we want to get another meet in before the snow flies. This Sunday afternoon 3-4ish meet time. Appleton Hooters? GB Hooters again?
Lets get some ideas out there and meet up this weekend since it will probably be the last until spring again.

I won't be able to make it due to work, but after the smokey burnouts at GB hooters maybe it would be a better idea NOT to go there lol.

I'm sure a few more meets could also be planned before snow flies ( I wouldn't expect snow until Dec. )

If we did Appleton I could probably make it.

We're building a fence this weekend, but if the meet was close I could probably take a break for awhile

I found out today from my dad that i HAVE to be at my grandma/grandpa's house for their anniversary party (stupid i know) during the packer game at least....so right now i'm 50/50 on whether i can go for sure, but I'm sure I can leave right after the game, and could be in appleton around 4-4:30 if there's even going to be enough people to attend. Let's hope so, as this is the last time this year i can!

WIR in Kaukauna near the intersection of KK and 55, think the gates open at 4pm and racing starts at 5pm till 10pm at the very least usually a couple hgours longer than that. Going to be a brisk night so I am hoping the crowd is small and the times good.

I ended up leaving without racing, didn't want to pay $25 to sit in line all friggin night, I have no problem with the fee if I get to actually run. I got there at 5pm and it was 45 minutes before I got to the gate and the staging lanes were backed up deep into the pits. Spoke to one track worker who said the concerns I had were not new to him and they were going to discuss solutions. I suggested having a grudge night again next year. I will have to go down to the Grove to get some new times.
Part of my sunday is occupied but depending when where and if I might make it to a gathering.

Turns out just as well that I did not make it to the track, apparently the stock injectors were marginal in the warmer weather we had since the header install but the cold weather increased fuel consumption enough that they are far exeeding 100% duty cycle like a couple spikes to as high as 130% she is nosing over bad when that happens and the O2s go way lean. I have some larger injectors they just might be tricky to tune, guess I will have to get on that before I go down to GLD, if anyone is interested in making that trip I can let you know when I am going.
